- We believe the Scriptures, both Old and New Testaments, to be the inspired Word of God.
- We believe that God is three in one: the Father, Christ the son, and the Holy Spirit.
- We believe that Jesus Christ is true God and true man.
- We believe that the Church is Christ’s body on earth.
- We believe truths of the Christian faith as articulated in the Bible and historic creeds. God is one and has revealed his unity to mankind as Father, Son, and Holy Spirit. To recognize these truths, especially the Lordship of Christ and the authority of Scripture in all areas of faith and practice.
- We believe the Scriptures reveal that God is both the creator and judge of human beings. People are created in the image of God and so all people are of great value. Because people are also fallen and sinful, they are in need of God’s abiding grace.
- We believe that Jesus Christ is the one true Savior and Lord. Through His life, death, resurrection and the gift of the Holy Spirit, God has made obtainable all the resources of grace to rescue people, heal them and bring them to maturity and wholeness.
- We believe that spiritual unity of believers is found in relationship with our Lord Jesus Christ. All are united through Jesus and are members of the church, which is the Body and Bride of Christ, which began at Pentecost.
- We believe that Jesus Christ, through his sacrificial life example, shows us the model for Christian counseling practice, ethics, healing prayer and care-giving activities.
